    Very powerful! 215 pounds ago I started with a 14 day fast and then alternate day fast for 6 months. That was 2 years ago and I have maintained my weight with only 6 or 7 pound gains here and there which I easily adjust for. Learning how to burn fat has led to a healthier body and sharper mind at 65 years old.

    Reading this book lacks a lot for a digital version. There is no chance to change the size of text without zooming in or out of an entire page.

    The book is probably helpful and full of great information, but I wasted $10 buying it in a format that I can’t read. Very disappointed that Apple didn’t do a better job formatting.

    I should have got the sample first. You can’t use scroll view, every page looks like a tiny pdf, have to zoom in to read. I wish I could get my money back. This must be what the Toronto Raptors felt like!
