Claimed by the Alien Shifter Summary

Claimed by the Alien Shifter - She doesn't need love. She's getting cats. Lots of them.

She absolutely doesn't need a sexy alien making her think of happily ever afters...

Elise doesn't need a man, she has enough with her job and ensuring her brother, the President, stays out of trouble. Or, at the very least, doesn't get humanity into an intergalactic war it can't win.

She doesn't have time for herself, never mind love, so when sexy alien Cade turns up in the bar she's drowning her sorrows in, she absolutely shouldn't take him home…

Or kiss him. Because kissing him reveals he has more than a few secrets. Like he's… what the hell is she going to do with an innocent twenty-something alien who kisses like a god?

When he fights tigers bare-handed, putting his life on the line for those weaker than himself? Well, there's only so much a girl can take...

She's the beauty to his beast and his fated mate.

How does he tell her the monster inside him could get them both killed?

Cade's seen two planets in his life and his farm was nothing like Earth. It's loud, chaotic and he's a fish not only out of water but off-planet and sucking deep space vacuum.

The scent of his mate changes everything. She's tiny, delicate… everything he's not. She's his opposite, but she's the home he never expected to find. He doesn't care what it takes, he'll make her see they're perfect for each other.

Until she's taken from him and the monster inside him takes charge.

He will save her, but revealing what he is to the Empire could get them both killed...

  • Cade is a sweetheart

Sweet love story. Cade and Elise were a perfect sweet couple. Cade was incredibly sweet and open to Elise. A virgin, Elise was patient guiding him from kissing to making love. At first he thought his mate was Cam from his scent, until he followed it to her. Very cute love story. I really enjoyed it. A little different than the excitement of the Lathar world that I love and am used to. Love the battles. I did like seeing warrior Cam. He can play presidential until his sister is threatened. Love this series. Highly recommend.

It. Was. AWESOME!! I’ve thoroughly enjoyed this series, but I think this is my new favorite. Who wouldn’t want a sexy, protective, super sweet alpha male? And his true form is an added bonus! (Especially for fans of monsterly romances) - I hate spoilers so that’s all I’m saying! Read the book to find out what Cade really is. Action, violence, some mystery and LOTS of heat fill the pages. Once I started reading, I couldn’t stop!

Another fantastic book about the Lathar and their coming to earth to find their mates. This is Cade the alien and Elise the humans story and the finding of each other and love . But this book tells all that happens to get to a HEA . I highly recommend this book.

If hunky aliens and lots of action and even more action are your jam, read this book and the rest of the series! Mina has created a fantastic world that you just want to keep reading to find out more about the human and Lathar connection. I can’t wait for the next book!

Another wonderful addition to the addicting Warriors of the Lathar series. I loved that we got more of the enticing Cameron Murphy, President of Earth that leaves us with more questions than answer, but this newest release is all about Elise Beaufort and the ever elusive Cade. These characters are so full of secrets that will have you flipping the pages to get more of the suspense, drama and glorious heat level throughout the storyline. I enjoyed and was highly entertained with how their story blossomed to a HEA. I can’t wait for Risyn story and the mysterious woman.

The Lathar “world” expands again with a different Clan and a trip to Earth. Starting off with secrets held by both Elise and Cade this story grabs you from page one. Because this tale is so different from other Lathar books you don’t have to have read any of the others, the history is explained enough without boring us with fine details. Even though Elise is Cade’s fated mate he is also a romantic guy if inexperienced, but there is also a suspenseful subplot that was a happy twist. You get all of the feels and just enough action with this thrilling sci-fi read.
  • Loved it! Another great story in the series!

I absolutely loved this story!!! I loved getting to know Cade and more about the Vorr in this newest book in the Lathar. We also get to know more about the President as well since his sister Elise is Cade's fated mate. Cade is different than the rest of the Lathar and we get to find out why in this story. I loved getting to see him come more of his shell, especially with Elise. He was worried about what she will think of him and his differences but he doesn't lie to her. His differences could get him killed, along with all his family (and planet) but he still shares them with Elise. I loved how Cade was with her. I loved how he took building the bond with her, pushing some but never too far. Elise and Cade just have that magnetic charge between them that keeps them coming back together. I read this story in one sitting as it pulled me in from beginning to end. I loved watching them build their connection among all of the politics and personalities they had going on. They are on earth with all the bigwigs from both sides trying to foster relationship for the mating program. This might be the 16th book in the series but it never felt duplicated or boring. I loved getting to come back to the world of the Lathar and learn more about our new recent factions that have been introduced along with following other storylines that were started in previous books and seeing them more fleshed out. I hope that there are still many stories to come in this series as I absolutely love and enjoy this world and these characters! I can't wait to see what other surprises are coming! I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.
