The Catholic Bible Review

  • Bad

    By Live4Him818
Would be better if there was no unnecessary apocrypha
  • Poor navigation

    By Ethnatius
Not sure if I have the same version that got the good reviews. Search function the slowest I've ever experienced. Navigation is terrible.
  • Not a real catholic bible.

    By litoviera
This is not the same bible the Catholic Church uses. Wording has been altered to make Jesus sound like he spoke against homosexuals. While I am not certain what Jesus thought about them, I know he didn't specify, which this bible presents.
  • Great Catholic Bible

Great Catholic Bible for a terrific price. I bought this recently and I've been using it every day. I recommended it to all Catholics. As a Roman Catholic, I love having this ebook on my iPad and iPhone.
  • This is NOT the Roman Catholic Bible

This isn't the full Catholic Bible... Missing 7 books

Thanks for this Catholic Bible, I love it. It easy to use. I almost didn't buy it because of some bad reviews. Could have been the devil!
  • The Catholic Bible

This has been a wonderful way for me to read scripture on a daily basis. My only complaint is the book of Psalms seems to be shortened for some reason in many chapters or just never downloaded properly.
  • The Bible

This one's the landmark: enormous, varied, confusing, deep, and eerily, importantly, readable. Despite its numerous detractors and its countless frustrations, it has attracted a serious following of slightly crazy people staring into its depths, and for good reason. This is a book of God speaking through man, staring his impossibilities straight in the face, and every verse reflects that, vibrating with an uncomfortable, fascinating intensity. I don't think I'll ever reach the end of it. I don't think I could read it twice.
  • Great Bible, Great Price

Love this Catholic Bible. I use it a lot and it's functioning works really well for me. Sometimes I bring it to my bible study class. Loads quickly and has it all. A great price too. I agree with the other commenter who mentioned bookmarking. I bookmark the four main gospels for even quicker access. Highly recommend this Bible.

Excellent Catholic Bible at an affordable price. I've been using this daily for a couple of weeks and I really enjoy it. I like the way the navigation is set up. I can access every chapter not just the main books for the table of contents. Despite being a big book, it loads quickly. I'd recommend bookmarking your favorite books for quick access. Works great.
